BlueWater Marine and Rigging was founded in 2025 by lifelong angler Mike, who saw firsthand how many fishermen struggled with unreliable or poorly installed equipment. After years of fishing tournaments and spending countless hours on Minnesota lakes, Mike understood that properly functioning systems are not just conveniences; they are the difference between a successful day on the water and a frustrating one.

To meet that need, Mike teamed up with his longtime friend, Adam. Adam graduated from Alexandria Technical and Community College in 2012 with a diploma in Marine and Small Engines. With tournament experience of his own and a strong technical background in rigging and marine systems, Adam brought both practical on-the-water insight and professional expertise to the team. Today, as BlueWater Marine's Service Manager, he ensures every installation is dialed in for accuracy, performance, and reliability.
