At BlueWater Marine Rigging & Electronics, we understand that plans can change. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible so we can review your request.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled for a full refund if they have not entered processing, been submitted to a manufacturer or supplier, or been prepared for shipment.
Some orders are processed or submitted to suppliers the same business day. For this reason, we cannot guarantee cancellation once an order has been placed.
Once processing has begun, cancellation requests are subject to approval by BlueWater and, when applicable, the manufacturer or supplier.
Cancellation Fees
If an order has already been processed or submitted to a supplier, cancellation may result in applicable supplier cancellation or restocking fees.
Any fees will be communicated to the customer before a cancellation is finalized and will be assessed only when permitted by applicable law and the terms disclosed at purchase.
Orders Already Shipped
Orders that have shipped cannot be canceled.
Customers wishing to return shipped merchandise should contact BlueWater. All returns are subject to our Return & Refund Policy and applicable manufacturer requirements.
Custom and Special Orders
Custom-made, personalized, and special-order products, including custom SeaDek products and equipment specifically ordered for a customer, may not be eligible for cancellation once production or supplier processing has begun.
Any applicable cancellation restrictions will be disclosed before purchase.
Refunds for Approved Cancellations
Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, generally within 10 business days of cancellation approval, unless applicable law requires an earlier refund.
Additional processing time may be required by the customer's financial institution.
How to Request a Cancellation
To request a cancellation, contact BlueWater as soon as possible and provide your order number.
